About The Forum
On October 19-20, 2023, Tashkent State University of Economics is organizing the “2nd FORUM OF DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY: GLOBAL AND NATIONAL ECONOMIC TRENDS”. The forum includes of conferences, master classes and exhibitions and aims to create a platform for the exchange of expertise between international and national specialists in the socio-economic sphere.
Proceedings of conferences are published in the Scopus and journals listed by the Higher Attestation Committee of Republic of Uzbekistan.
The following conferences will be organized within the framework of the forum.

Paper requirements:
I. Papers must be in IMRAD and should include:
1. Abstract.
2. Keywords.
3. Body:
– Introduction
– Methodology
– Results
– Analysis
– Conclusion and suggestions
4. References.
II. Papers must be edited and comply all technical requirements of the submission, such as:
Microsoft Word editor 2003 or newer; font Times New Roman with size 14, A4 format, top, bottom, left and right 2 cm, line spacing – 1,15 cm, paragraph spacing – 1 cm with width alignment. All tables, diagrams and figures must be made in Microsoft Word, graphs and diagrams in MS Excel in Times New Roman font, formulas in MS Equation. Papers must be at least 8 pages and be prepared in Uzbek, Russian or English.
III. Deadline for paper submission for the conference is September 1, 2023. Papers should be submitted online through the website http://strategy2023.tsue.uz/.
IV. Submitted papers will be checked for the requirements above and plagiarism with at least 80% originality. Materials not compliant with the requirements will not be published and nor returned to authors. Papers in English passing peer-review and meeting the requirements of the conference will be published in Scopus. Articles in Uzbek and Russian will be included in the conference proceedings and posted on the official website of the university and respective journals.
V. Papers prepared in English and submitted to IFRS, NEW2AN, ICFNDS, ICDSIS conferences will be indexed in the Scopus. Papers in Uzbek and Russian languages will be published in special issues of university journals “Economics and Innovative Technologies”, “Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence”, “Green Economy and Development” and “Labor Economics and Human Capital” recognized by Higher Attestation Committee of Republic of Uzbekistan.
